Did that just happen?

Whether or not it is warrented or not, I am slapped in the face (metaphorically of course) daily by life and all of it's, uhm, hazards  surprises. Sometimes I wonder if I'm actually being followed by a camera crew, kind of like 'The Truman Show', you know...the one where he has NO idea his life is a T.V. show? Now in hindsight I know it's completely rediculous to think that or even humour the idea that could be possible, but lets just call it my excuse for all of the weird and awkward things that happen to me in my life. 

Switching topics completely here; A.N.T.M. (America's Next Top Model) Could the world EXIST without it?! Yes. It could. Would It be as good of a world without it? Probably. Should it be cancelled? No! I'd cry. Although it wouldn't be the first time the show has COMPLETELY grieved me. If you havn't seen the latest season of ANTM, then I advise you to STOP READING, Spoiler you know:

The latest "winner" and I use the term EXTREMELY loosely, is Teyona. The half bald dencher wearing model. Now don't get me wrong, I think she's very pretty and a sweet girl and I'm happy for her, and really, who am I to even have an opinion about it, but too bad whatever I'm saying it anyway.  Allison was robbed. Yes, Allison was somewhat weaker in her walk, and her shall we say "odd" past was a testiment to her experience. HOWEVER, she was ripped of the title she oh so deserved. While being the most improved girl this season from the mousy brown haired "creepy-chan" internet star infatuated with Hemophelia...she became a bright eyed blonde with a desire to win. What a transformation right? What did teyona do? ...? Exactly, can you remember? No you probably can't, because she really didn't do anything but slide by every week. I'm sorry i'll stop, I really do like her, just not as much as Allison so I'm a little bitter and jaded. To the point, in the final episode, Allison was the most intense and provacative I had ever seen her, yet she was still runner up. Her hair had been straightened into the tight ponytail of an Amazon Queen, and her fair skin went perfectly with her subtle makeup, even her eyes didn't look their usual
mile-wide selves. In the end, congrats to Teyona, she also deserves it.
